Bohemian Waxwing Choro

from Kugelplex-the Frail Branch by Kugelplex

/

about

Bohemian Waxwing Choro is an international collaboration between legendary Brazilian composer Hermeto Pascoal and Kugelplex's Dan Cantrell. The song is based on a particularly special Chassidic Nigun and accentuated by traditional Klezmer melodies towards the end. Our friends Rebecca Kleinman and Brian Rice add an astonishing presence as guest soloists. The birds heard in the sound design in the piece are from South America and Brazil.
